Stan installed an upgrade and increased volume but couldn’t pair them to work on my phone program. He said would need to go to Athens. After getting the left one paired I went back to him and he was able to reconnect the right one! Saved me a trip!!!

Had pretty good experience with them until the last visit. I was basically told that I had to call the hearing aid manufacturer and figure it out. Felt like the gentleman that helped me that day had better things to do than help me. All the other people that I have dealt with there were great.
